The AI studio in your operator console, and the person who should still check its work
An honest look at Traviology's built-in AI studio: tour photos, hero assets, SEO drafts and trip covers, plus the review steps that keep them accurate.
Traviology's built-in AI studio drafts tour photos, homepage heroes, SEO copy and trip covers on every bundle. It saves real time, and it works best with a person reading everything before it goes live.

Small agencies rarely have a photographer, a copywriter and an SEO specialist on staff. Usually it's the owner, late in the evening, trying to get a new tour onto the site. That's the gap Traviology's AI studio is aimed at. It sits inside the operator console, comes with every bundle, and handles four jobs.
It's useful. It also isn't finished work the moment it appears. An honest description includes both halves.
Tour photos
Open a tour in Tour inventory, go to Photos, and the studio builds a photoreal image from the tour title, description and destination, attaches it to your local tour row and saves it to your media library. It works on private tours and on catalog tours you manage.
What to check: does the image look like the place? A generator knows what a coastline looks like. It doesn't know what your particular cove looks like. If a guest could book on the strength of the picture and feel misled on arrival, use a real photo instead. Look closely. Warped details and stray lettering on signs or boats are what to hunt for.
Homepage heroes
The studio can suggest headline pairs and generate 16:9 hero backgrounds that match your brand palette.
Check for headlines that could belong to anyone. If a line would sit on a competitor's homepage unchanged, rewrite it in your own voice.
SEO drafts and audits
For country hubs, city destinations, geo hotel, tour and transfer pages, and detail pages, the studio can suggest titles and descriptions and run an audit with a score breakdown in SEO and Discovery.
What to check: facts. A description can read smoothly and still promise something you don't offer. A high score tells you the structure is right. It says nothing about whether the content is true.
Trip covers and names
In Trip Planner, the cover studio generates branded cover art from a draft's destinations, in editorial styles meant for share links and PDFs. It can also suggest three trip names from the destination chain.
Check that the cover matches the trip. The wrong coastline on a client's honeymoon itinerary is a small thing that feels big.
A review routine that takes five minutes
Read every generated sentence once, out loud if you can.
Zoom into every image before it goes live.
Check each claim against what you actually sell.
Leave the final edit to someone who knows the destination.
Used this way, the studio removes the blank page and the photo-shoot bottleneck. The judgement stays with you, where it belongs.
