What does Platform cost?
Platform lists public monthly and yearly prices on this page when self-serve checkout is enabled. Enterprise is custom — book a call for volume, SLAs, and integration scope.
Is the platform share on top of the monthly fee?
No. The monthly platform fee is a minimum. Each billing period you pay the greater of that fee or the platform share already included in the price Traviology charges you (before your own markup) — never both. Your own-credential and local-inventory bookings are not in that share. The signed agreement, including service levels and data processing terms, is the binding document.
Can subscribers request product features?
Yes. Active partners on Platform or Enterprise can open feature requests in the operator support workspace. We review each request against roadmap priorities and shared customer benefit. We do not guarantee delivery timelines for every idea, but substantive requests from paying subscribers are evaluated seriously and often influence what we build.
Does Platform include multiple brands?
No. Every tier is built around one operator brand on your account. Platform includes unlimited custom domains on that same brand (for example regional hostnames or staging). Own supplier API credentials and custom integration slots are available on Enterprise — not a separate multi-brand franchise model.
Is the live demo the same product we’d buy?
Yes. try.traviology.com runs the same stack — real search, real suppliers, real booking flows. Your contract configures domains, suppliers, and operational limits to match your operation.
Can we start on Platform and move to Enterprise later?
Absolutely. Platform and Enterprise run the same core product — most partners talk to sales when they need own supplier credentials, dedicated infrastructure, or contractual SLAs. Upgrades are a configuration change, not a replatform.
What’s included in every tier?
All product lines (flights, hotels, trains, transfers, tours, packages), Trip Planner, orchestrated checkout, local inventory, built-in AI studio, white-label storefront, edge-hosted infrastructure, storefront live chat, and subscriber feature-request review. Platform vs Enterprise differs mainly in own supplier credentials, custom integration slots, dedicated infra, and contractual SLAs.
How long does onboarding take?
Platform partners often go live in days once branding and domain DNS are ready. Enterprise engagements include a joint technical plan — timeline depends on integrations and compliance requirements.
Is bookable inventory included?
Yes. Flights, hotels, trains, transfers, and tours are connected on every bundle — no separate wholesale paperwork required to go live. Coverage figures on the public site are published only when your team sets them in admin.
What if we have our own supplier integration or back-office?
Talk to us. We scope custom wiring for your ERP, extranet, or private supplier APIs on Enterprise (4 custom integration slots included; more available for a fee). Platform uses Traviology-connected inventory out of the box.
Can we add more custom integrations later?
Yes. Enterprise plans can purchase additional custom integration slots beyond the included allowance. Book an architecture call and we will quote the work.
