How to list your own transfers, tours and hotels on Traviology
A step-by-step guide for DMCs and transport providers: load your own routes, vehicles, tours and hotel rates, set markups and take bookings on your brand.
A transport company or DMC can sell its own vehicles, tours and contracted rooms on its branded site, next to connected supply. Here is the setup, step by step.

We hear this question a lot from companies that run vehicles and guides for a living: "We are a transportation provider and DMC first. Before we resell flights and hotels, how do we put our own services on the site?"
The short answer is yes: list your own services first. Your vehicles, tours and contracted rooms go into your storefront as local inventory, and they appear at the top of search results, ahead of connected supply, with a "Local Inventory" badge. Flights and the wider hotel catalogue can come later, or never.
Your fleet and your tours are the reason agencies call you, so it makes sense to start there. Here is the setup in the order we would do it.
1. Get your storefront live
Start with the white-label storefront: your brand, your colours and your own domain. Everything below appears there, under your name. The for-agencies page covers what the storefront includes.
2. Add your company as a private supplier
Every item you load is linked to a supplier, and for your own products that supplier is you. In admin you create a private supplier for your organisation, with its currency. Your inventory forms then offer only your organisation's private suppliers, so your own products stay separate from the connected content on the platform.
3. Load your transfers
Transfers are built as routes. Each route has:
An airport and a destination, plus a zone radius around the destination so nearby pickups match.
A bidirectional switch, so one route can serve both arrivals and departures.
Seasons with a name, start date and end date, so summer and winter can carry different prices.
Inside each season you add your vehicles. For each one you set the category (for example Sedan), a label (for example Mercedes E-Class), a photo, maximum passengers and luggage, and the price for the vehicle. You also set the cancellation terms (refundable or not, hours before pickup, penalty), included waiting time, ride features, and whether the booking confirms instantly.
That is your fleet, priced the way you already quote it: per vehicle, per route, per season. A practical tip: set up a route once as bidirectional rather than creating separate arrival and departure routes, and use the zone radius to cover the hotels around a resort area instead of loading every address.
4. Load your tours
Each local tour gets a title, a short description for search cards, a full description, a destination, a duration and a meeting point (for example "Hotel lobby pickup"). You set departure times, such as 09:00 and 14:00, and a minimum and maximum group size. A tour can stay as a draft until you are ready to sell it, which is a good way to load your full programme and switch tours on one at a time.
Pricing sits in seasons and options. One tour can have several options, for example a group departure and a private one, each with its own adult, child and infant price, its own cancellation rules and instant confirmation if you want it.
5. Add hotels you contract directly
If you hold room contracts, load them as hotel inventory. You pick the property from the hotel list, add seasons, then add room types from that hotel's room list. For each room you set:
Single price, double price and an extra-person fee
Board basis
Tax, as a type and a value
Allotment, with booked and remaining rooms shown, or unlimited
Cancellation policy, with a penalty type and value
6. Set your markups
You load net rates. Your selling price comes from your markup rules in operator admin, the same rules you use for connected supply. For hotel inventory, we checked the code: local room rates run through the same markup calculation as everything else, and the search stops with an error instead of showing an unmarked-up price. Your team manages markups, bookings and staff roles in one place, as described on the platform page.
7. How travellers and agents see it
Your products appear in the same searches as connected flights, hotels, trains, transfers and tours, and they come first.
Your own products lead the results. When someone searches a destination you cover, your transfers, tours and hotels are listed ahead of connected results in the default order.
A clear badge. Each of your products carries a green "Local Inventory" badge, so travellers and agents can see at a glance what you operate yourself.
Travellers stay in control. If someone sorts by price or rating, the list is re-ordered by that choice, so your prices still need to make sense next to the alternatives.
Local only is fine. If you have not connected live supply for a product yet, your storefront can run on your own inventory alone, and search shows how many results come from your local inventory.
Your products also work in the Trip Planner, so a traveller or agent can build one trip with your airport transfer, your city tour and a connected hotel, and pay once. See tours and transfers for how those products look to customers.
8. Take bookings and get paid
A booking of your own product follows the normal checkout: card or wallet, booked on its own or inside a bundle. Bookings and invoices show up in admin next to everything else. If a booking reached you by phone or email, staff can import it by hand so the trip, the invoices and the cancellation record stay in one place.
Built with our clients. Feature requests from existing clients go to the top of our roadmap. We update and improve the platform all the time, and every improvement reaches you at no extra charge.
Where to begin
Start small. Load your three busiest transfer routes and your two best tours, set your markups, then book one test trip through your own storefront. Once those work, add seasons, then your contracted hotels. Flights and the wider hotel catalogue are there when you want to resell them, but your own services can sell first.
